Terms of payment
- 30% down payment to confirm booking
- 70% balance 15 days before arrival

Cancellation policy: It is possible to receive a refund of the deposit paid up to 30 days before arrival. There is no refund for the stay in the thirty days prior to arrival.
Closing period
The property is closed from 1 December to 28 February.
