Terms of payment

• 30% down payment to confirm booking
• 70% balance on arrival

Cancellation policy: It is possible to receive a refund of the deposit paid up to 30 days before arrival. There is no refund for the stay in the thirty days prior to arrival.

Closing period

The property is closed from December 1st to March 15th.
